- an order confirmation has been sent by email.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary beyond our control.
MAGMACNC inc. cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers.
8. Transfer of risk
Unless otherwise required by law, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at the time of the order.
9. Right of cancellation (distance contracts – Québec)

10. Returns and refunds

Products sold by MAGMACNC inc. are covered by the legal warranties provided under the Consumer Protection Act, including:

- the warranty of reasonable durability.
These warranties apply regardless of any commercial warranty offered.

To the extent permitted by law, MAGMACNC inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights granted by law.
13. Governing law
This Sales Policy is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
